Peer Support-Substance Use Services – Request for Proposal

Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Peer Support-Substance Use services. The purpose of this RFP is to seek qualified, interested providers to engage in negotiations regarding the development and provision of Peer Support – Substance Use services. The service is designed to assist individuals and families in initiating and maintaining the process of recovery and resiliency to improve quality of life, increase resiliency, and promote health and wellness. The core element of the service is the development of a relationship based on shared lived experience and mutuality between the provider and the individual/family. Services facilitate effective system navigation, empowerment, hope, resiliency, voice and choice, and system of care values. Proposals are due to the Region on or before September 16, 2024 (4:00 pm CST). See Guidelines for more details.
